All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 7–15 business days. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is on its way. Please note that shipping times may vary during peak seasons.
Return & Refund Policy
We want you and your pet to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
